The War in Donbass
Many say that this war has not even started yet. The cause of the war is the Cossack 'holy land'. This land is considered holy because of the 17th century legend hero Ivan Sirko, who won 55 battles against Poles and Tatars. Now in the 21st century, the war between Ukraine and Russia occurs because the objective is to disrupt the New Silk Road (travels through Russia), 3 miles from where Sirko won his battles. Cossack fights fight to defend their land. There are currently 240 soldiers in this war from the Cossack side. The expect this to be a long war.
